Terms & Conditions


Cancellation Policy:

  1. Appointments cannot be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

  2. To secure your appointment, a $40 deposit is required, which will be deducted from your service price. This is not a booking fee; it covers "no-show" charges.

  3. Please be punctual out of respect for fellow clients. If you're over 10 minutes late, you'll need to reschedule.

  4. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will incur the full service charge. Fees must be settled prior to your next appointment.

  5. Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of 2 times.

  6. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Blinkroom are not liable for customer cancellation reasons.

  7. 50% of your booked service will be charged if you fail to give timely notice. This notice period is anything less than a 48hour period.

  8. Customers who do not show up to their appointment with zero contact. Blinkroom will charge the full rate of this service at 100%.

  9. If you cannot make it to your appoint, please get in touch so your deposit can be rolled-over. This is only applicable when contact is made 48 hours before the booking.
